Service Description
A technique based stretch & conditioning class specifically for dancers but good for everyone! For all levels. Correct technique is very important in your flexibility journey to prevent injury and get the most out of your time stretching. Conditioning is also added to support your new found flexibility and prevent injury. Please bring water with you to class. Water breaks will be given at specific times to avoid interfering with the flow of class. Yoga mats are optional. Please wear dance appropriate clothing that you can move in. Your teacher should be able to see your body alignment so nothing too baggy.
